Welcome to the new and improved CA PA/PG/PC Website!
***PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE BEFORE CONTACTING US***
Here are a few key things that you need to know in order to gain the full functionality of our new website and database.
Within this website you will be able to login to our new Database hosted by Panoramic Software, Inc. Within the database you will have access to a variety of features including, registering for the 2010 fall conference, viewing your transcript history and your certification status (records are continuing to be updated so please be patient). You will also have access to the Member Directory.
***You may login from this homepage in the upper right hand corner. From there, you will re-directed to the Panoramic hosted database. Your username is your email address and your password will be reset by clicking on the "Forgot Username or Password?" Simply copy and paste the new password from the email into the password field and you will be directed to input a new password. If you do not have an email address on file, your username will be your old member-id number. Due to new security precautions, every person must reset their password in order to login to the new database.***
If you do not know your old member-id please email us. Our information is contained in the Contact Us page. The new database will make a member's login inactive after 90 days of non-use, so please log in once every 90 days.
The Association is no longer creating individual member invoices for dues payments. The Association, in its effort to reduce its carbon footprint, will now be sending, via email, a single invoice containing all county members to each County Principal or his or her designee for payment. If you are one of those who do pay their member dues directly, the option for you to tell us so is also in the database. Simply click the box "Alternate Mailing Address" and your individual invoice will be emailed to you. We must have your current email address on file. Be sure to verify your email is correct when accessing the database.
It is important that you register for the 2010 Fall Conference through the database as soon as possible. If you are one of the few people that have already completed a registration form please do not register again. Dan and Jonna will take care of those few registrations. Upon completion of your online registration, an invoice/conference registration receipt will be emailed to you with payment information.
Statewide Survey for Public Guardians
The
Statewide Adult Protective Services Training Project has been tasked to
develop an advanced client decision-making/capacity training for
statewide delivery in
Winter/Spring 2011 and we see this as an excellent opportunity to
collaborate with the PA/PG/PC Assoc. and make this training relevant and
focused for APS and PG. We want to develop a decision-making/capacity
training that looks through a legal and clinical
lens, a training that's practical and solution-oriented for both APS
and PG. A training that could be a very important step to getting
everyone on the same page with regards to standards and consistency in
these cases.
Please send this brief survey monkey survey link out to PG supes, managers, administrators, etc. We would like to really get at the essence of what needs to be covered in the 5.5hrs of training time we have for this training. An identical survey was sent to APS supes, managers, administrators, etc.
The link to the survey is http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/75MWVBW
Survey closes on August 31.
