Regional Training
The Association is comprised of 5 regions with the following counties in each region:
- Bay Area Region
Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Sonoma. - Northern Region
Alpine, Colusa, Del Norte, Glenn, Humboldt, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Tehama and Trinity. - Sacramento Region
Butte, El Dorado, Lake, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Solano, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba. - Central Valley Region
Amador, Calaveras, Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, San Benito, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, Stanislaus, Tulare and Tuolumne. - Southern Region
Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Ventura.
Regional Chairs
Each region has a Regional Chair that is responsible for arranging at least one regional conference or training session per year. The Regional Chair also serves as a liaison between the Association's Executive Board and the region members.
