Education & Training
Since its inception, one of the primary objectives of the California Association of Public Administrators, Public Guardians and Public Conservators (CAPAPGPC) has been to educate and train its members. Over the years, the nature and extent of the responsibilities of those performing these critical services has become known to the community at-large. As a consequence, the Legislature provided education requirements for members of this Association.
